• Sunday–Thursday: 2 hours

• Friday & Saturday: 3 hours

House Of Spirits (Main Level):    

Spaces: Piano Room or Library

Capacity:

• Piano room lounge seating – seats 14 guests

• Library room booth and chairs – seats 12 guests

Full Buyout (Main Level & Club 318)
Includes Club 318, Bar, Piano Room, Library, and Outside Patio

• Capacity & Features:

Main Level: Inside seating for 42 guests with additional standing room; patio includes tables, lounge seating, and fire tables.

Club 318: Seats 34 guests; features lounge seating, fine spirits and rare bourbon bar, and a TV.

• Privacy: Both House of Spirits and Club 318 will be closed to the public for your private event.

• Staffing: Bartenders available on both levels by request.

• Rental Terms: There is no hourly rental fee for a full buyout. Instead, a bar tab minimum is required, which varies based on date and time frame.

Photography Space Rental

Photography rentals include access to all areas of House of Spirits and Club 318 for your photoshoot. Bar service will not be available during your rental. Please let us know in advance if you’d like a drink incorporated into your shoot.

• $50 for 30 minutes

• $75 per hour

Private Cocktail Class

Shake, stir, and sip with our award-winning bartenders as you master the art of craft cocktails. Your private class includes hands-on instruction, two signature drinks, and recipe cards so you can recreate the experience at home.

• $250 minimum includes up to 4 people, $55 each additional person

Private Bourbon Tasting

Let our Executive Bourbon Stewards take you on a journey through a curated bourbon tasting experience.

• $250 minimum includes up to 4 people. The booking fee goes towards the total cost of selected bourbon.

RENTAL FEE

Non-refundable booking deposits are required to hold your desired date. All deposits are applied toward the total cost.

• Full Venue Buyouts: 25% non-refundable booking deposit. Full payment due 7 days prior to your event.

• Club 318, Private Cocktail Classes, and Private Tastings: $150 non-refundable booking deposit.

• Piano Room, Library, or Photography Rental: $50 non-refundable booking deposit.

A 22% gratuity is added to the bar tab minimum for all full buyouts. This gratuity is calculated pre-tax and goes entirely to the event bartenders.

State tax is applied to all rental fees and bar tab minimums.

Payments may be made via cash, credit/debit card, or check.

DRINKS

To ensure the best experience, outside beverages are not permitted. Our full-service bar offers premium spirits, craft cocktails, wine, and a selection of non-alcoholic options. Guests are welcome to order directly from the bar, as we do not offer table service. While there is no minimum bar tab requirement for hourly rentals, you may start a group or event tab if you’d like. Drink tickets or wristbands are available upon request.

CATERING

Catering for House of Spirits and Club 318 is provided by our sister location, Leon’s Garage. Outside food or catering is permitted with a $100 fee.

Outside catering services must be approved by HOS. If you choose to bring in outside catering, guests are responsible for setup, cleanup, and providing plates, utensils, and other necessary supplies. Kitchen, prep station, refrigerator, or freezer will not be available for use. Please ensure all food, décor, and related items are disposed of in the trash cans provided by the end of your scheduled event time.

MUSIC

To maintain the best atmosphere, outside music, speakers, DJs, or karaoke are not allowed unless pre-arranged with us. Our bartenders manage the event space music and can help adjust the volume to suit your gathering.

DECORATING GUIDELINES

The use of tape or adhesives of any kind is not permitted on our property, except on personal items you bring. This includes command strips, poster putty, painter’s tape, and similar products. No holes may be made in the walls. Glitter, confetti, or confetti-filled balloons are not allowed.

Please do not move or adjust any furniture or décor. If you feel something needs to be removed or rearranged, please consult our staff for assistance.

GUEST POLICY

Please note that House of Spirits and Club 318 are bar establishments, not family restaurants. To ensure the best guest experience and maintain a safe environment, all guests must be 21 years of age or older for entry.

This policy applies to public events or rentals held during hours of operation while open to the public, private cocktail classes, and bourbon tastings. Guests will be required to present a valid ID.

Exceptions:

• Guests under 21 may only be permitted during private photography sessions, full venue buyouts, or Club 318 rentals.

Please note:

• No one under 21 may sit at the bar at anytime.

• Children under 18 must be under adult supervision at all times.

• Running, playing, or obstructing doorways, hallways, or entryways is not permitted.

• Please treat our establishment with care. Decor, lamps, plants, furniture, and other furnishings are not to be handled or moved.
